Registrations cannot be shared and single-day attendance is not available. To gain the full experience of participating in the conference, being there for the whole two days is important.

Pricing and Payment
We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
We define a small NFP as a Non-Government Organisation employing under 20 people, or with an annual turnover of less than $1m. A large NFP is a Non-Government Organisation employing over 20 people, or with an annual turnover of over $1m.
Social enterprises and not-for-profits face greater constraints on training budgets. It is also important to create a dynamic event at Think Outcomes where people from multiple sectors come together to learn and share information. Again, we’re trying to level the playing field so that everyone has a fair go at participating.
We understand that after booking a ticket, there may be reasons that might prevent your participation in the event. If that is the case, you are welcome to nominate someone else to attend in your place at no additional cost. Please contact the CSI Engagement and Events Team at CSIEvents@unsw.edu.au as soon as possible so that we can make arrangements for substitution. If you notify us prior to 7 working days from the event, we can ensure that a correct name tag will be available at the registration desk.
Registrations cannot be shared - one registration per delegate.
Conference registrations can be cancelled only in writing to CSIEvents@unsw.edu.au and will be subject to confirmation in writing by the Centre for Social Impact. Cancellations with more than 30 days’ notice will receive a full refund less merchant fees. No refund will be given for cancellations within 30 days of the event, however exact substitutions will be possible up to 7 days prior to the event. If you would like to request a refund, please email CSIEvents@unsw.edu.au. All refunds will be made after the Conference and within two months.
Credit card is the only method of payment. A tax invoice is sent after payment is made.
Yes. GST will be outlined on the tax receipt provided after payment.
